Refund policy

You have a 24-hour Buyer's Regret Window to cancel your order, after which it will begin being printed and stitched together.

Once the order begins processing, it cannot be canceled. Everything in this store is printed on-demand after your order is placed, meaning there are no warehouses with piles of Terra Conserva merchandise sitting around — waiting to be purchased and shipped in a fast two-day window — contributing to the massive problem of waste due to overproduction. Once your order begins processing, it cannot be refunded or canceled, because it is being made just for you. Please shop wisely and check the sizing charts listed on clothing and any applicable goods! 

No returns or exchanges are accepted due to the print-to-order nature of this business, and all sales are final after the 24-hour Buyer's Regret Window. 

If an item is damaged in printing or shipping, please fill out the contact form here and we will replace your item at no cost or simply refund your money. NOTE: Please take photos of the damage, prior to responsibly disposing of or even better — repurposing! — the item. Please note that without photos showing proof of shipping damage, the product will not be replaced free-of-charge.
